We ship internationally to Wassenaar Arrangement countries on a case-by-case basis.

For the purposes of this section – South African shipping has only been covered. For international orders –  contact us at info@obzerva.co.za .

Shipping times:

Due to the nature of the equipment sold by Obzerva—many items are specially ordered and manufactured. Some equipment may have extended lead times. Please contact us to confirm stock availability and lead times prior to placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched—It will take up to 5 business days to be delivered to you.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

Shipping cost to be calculated at checkout. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended.            

Unless otherwise specified – there are no limits to purchase amounts or quantities on the Obzerva store. However – should you wish to make a purchase exceeding R 20 000.00 – we invite you to transact directly with us by contacting our sales team.    

For online store purchases – Obzerva outsources all payments to Payfast. Payfast are paid a fee per transaction to ensure that your personal information is handled securely.

Payfast offer the following payment methods for Obzerva customers.

• VISA and Mastercard payments (credit/debit card)
• Instant EFT
• PayFast
